Data Collected
When you submit the booking form, we collect the following data:
- First and last name — guest identification
- Email address — to send our reply
- Phone number — optional, for WhatsApp contact
- Arrival and departure dates — availability check
- Number of guests — booking information
- Selected property — identification of the relevant property
- Free-text message — optional, additional details
No payment data is collected through this site. Payments are handled exclusively by the Airbnb platform.
Purposes & Legal Basis
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Processing and responding to your booking request (legal basis: contract performance / pre-contractual measures)
- Communication by email or WhatsApp regarding your stay (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- Protection against spam and abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest)
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as needed to process your request, then for 12 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.
Temporary files used for anti-spam protection (rate limiting) are automatically deleted within 5 minutes.
Data Sharing
Your personal data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be transmitted to our hosting provider Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) for email delivery, in accordance with their privacy policy.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data

This site uses no tracking cookies or behavioural analytics tools. No third-party cookies are placed on your browser when visiting this site.
